Terms
- Payment Terms: 25% on booking
- Balance one month before arrival
- Payment by bank transfers. Credit cards are not accepted.
- weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday
- Cleaning twice a week included, cleaning at end of stay included. Additional cleaning on request and at extra cost.
- toilet linen (bathrobes, sheets, towels) included
- No animals allowed unless by special agreement
- Non Smoking house
- Arrival : Saturday from 5pm - Departure : Saturday before 10am (for weekly rentals)

Week-end formulas
It is possible to rent the property in weekend formula (except July and August), with a minimum of daily duration of stay according to your choice May, June and September on particular request. The property will be leased to a single tenant.
